Terms of use

These terms apply to the GameCash web app, the Android app and getgamecash.com. By creating an account you agree to them. German and Arabic translations are provided for convenience; all language versions have the same content.

1. Who we are

GameCash is operated by a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) based in Germany ("we", "us"). The operator's full name and address are in our Impressum. Contact: support@getgamecash.com.

2. Who can use GameCash

  • You must be at least 16 years old. Some withdrawal methods and offers require you to be 18 (for example PayPal, and the offers in the "More" section of the web app).
  • Each person may have only one account, and only one account may be used on each device.
  • The information you give us must be true, and you must keep your login details private.
  • Some tasks are only available in certain countries.

3. Points

  • You earn points by completing tasks. The point amount is shown before you start a task.
  • 100 points are worth €1.00 when withdrawn, or $1.00 if you registered in the United States. Your currency is set by the country you registered in. We may change this rate for the future with at least 30 days' notice; points you already hold keep their value.
  • Points are not money and not a deposit. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged except by withdrawal through GameCash.
  • If points are credited by mistake, for example through a technical error, we may remove them.

4. Tasks from partners

Offers, surveys, receipt scans, cashback and videos are provided by third-party partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do on their pages and in their apps. A task counts as completed only when the partner confirms it to us. If a partner does not confirm a task, or later reverses it, we cannot credit or keep those points. We will help you contact the partner if points are missing. We do not control partner apps, games or products. Before you buy anything as part of an offer, check that you want it.

5. Withdrawals

  • You can withdraw from 1,000 points (€10 / $10) as a Google Play gift card or in crypto (USDT on the TRC20 network, Litecoin), and from 2,500 points (€25 / $25) to PayPal (25, 50 or 100 in your currency) or as another gift card (from 25 in your currency). The gift cards on offer depend on your country (for example Amazon.de and OTTO in Germany, Amazon.com and Target in the United States).
  • PayPal payouts are sent in your account currency (EUR or USD) to the email address you enter; gift cards are sent to your account email. You are responsible for entering these correctly.
  • Each withdrawal is released 30 days after your request (protection period against partner reversals) and then paid within a few business days. We may ask you to verify your identity or your PayPal account before paying.
  • We may hold a withdrawal while we investigate a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms.
  • Bonus points (daily spin, streak and invite rewards) count toward your balance, but your first withdrawal requires at least 1,000 points earned from offers or surveys.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
  • Crypto payouts are sent to the address you enter, in the amount equal to your withdrawal's value at the exchange rate on the payout day. Payments to a wrong address or network can't be reversed or replaced. Crypto payouts may be unavailable in some countries.

6. What is not allowed

Details are in our fair play rules.

  • More than one account per person or per device.
  • VPNs, proxies, Tor or other ways of hiding your location.
  • Emulators, rooted or modified devices, cloned apps or spoofed device data.
  • Bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any automation.
  • False, random or careless survey answers.
  • Abusing the invite program, including inviting your own accounts.
  • Buying, selling or sharing accounts or invite codes.
  • Exploiting bugs, or interfering with GameCash or our partners.

7. Suspension and closure

If you break these terms, we may remove the points affected, cancel pending withdrawals and suspend or close your account. We tell you the reason unless doing so would help fraud continue. You can appeal within 30 days by email, and a person reviews each appeal.

You can close your account at any time on our delete account page. Available points above the minimum for your payout method can be withdrawn before closure, unless they are affected by a breach of these terms.

If you do not sign in for 12 months, we may close your account. We email you at least 30 days before, so you can sign in or withdraw your available balance.

8. Changes

We may change, add or remove tasks and features. We may change these terms for good reasons, such as new laws or new features. We will tell you at least 30 days before important changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account and withdraw your available balance.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded. We do not guarantee that tasks are always available or that you will earn a particular amount.

10. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
