Delete your account

You can delete your GameCash account at any time. This page applies to the iPhone app, the Android app ("GameCash", com.gamecash.app) and the web app at getgamecash.com.
Delete in the app
- Open the GameCash app on your iPhoneSign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account → Delete accountEnter your password to confirm.
- DoneYour account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Before you delete: points cannot be restored. If you have 2,500 points or more, request a payout first. Unpaid withdrawal requests are cancelled when the account is deleted.
Delete by email
On Android or the web app, or if you can no longer sign in: email support@getgamecash.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address and password
- Your points balance and history
- Push notification tokens and sign-in codes
- Pending, unpaid withdrawal requests (the balance is forfeited)
What we keep, and for how long
- Paid-out withdrawal records (method, amount, date, payout email): 10 years, as required by German tax law (§ 147 AO).
- Fraud and dispute records (postback logs, reversals, device and network identifiers used to stop multiple accounts): up to 3 years.
- Our partners (survey providers, ad networks) keep their own records under their privacy policies.
